WHO WE ARE

Infinity Music ("we", "us", "our") is an independent electronic music label and promotion channel based in Argentina, operating the website ifnmusic.com and the artist portal portal.ifnmusic.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. For any privacy-related inquiry, contact us at contact@ifnmusic.com.

DATA WE COLLECT

Newsletter & release notifications: when you subscribe on our website or through a release smartlink, we store your email address, your consent status, the date of subscription, and an approximate country code derived from your connection.

Demo submissions: when you submit a demo we collect your artist name, email address, links to your music, and any additional information you choose to include in the submission form.

Contact inquiries: when you reach out via our contact form or email, we keep the correspondence and the contact details you provide in order to respond.

Technical data: our hosting and security providers may process standard connection logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site secure and functional.

ARTIST PORTAL

If you sign an agreement with us, we process the data needed to manage it through the artist portal: your legal name and artist name, contact details, an identity document when needed to verify who signs, signed agreements and their signatures, release and track credits, royalty statements, balances and payment history, and your payment details (such as your PayPal email or, where agreed, bank or cryptocurrency details). We also keep login and security records for your portal account.

If the artist is a minor, we also process the identification data of the parent or legal guardian who signs on their behalf and receives payments for them. Identity documents are kept with restricted access and are used only to verify who signs.

We process this data because it is necessary to perform the agreement with you and to comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Agreements, statements, and payment records are kept for as long as the agreement is in force and afterwards for the period required by applicable accounting and tax laws, even if you ask us to delete your account. Once that period ends, we delete or anonymize them.

Our infrastructure providers may store this data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on the data processing terms offered by those providers to protect it.

// 04

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

To send you the updates you asked for: new releases, roster news, and label announcements.

To review demo submissions and contact you about them.

To respond to business, licensing, and support inquiries.

To manage signed agreements, calculate royalties, issue statements, and pay artists.

To protect the website against abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

// 05

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website embeds or links to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Audius, Instagram, and Facebook. When you interact with embedded content or follow external links, those platforms may process your data under their own privacy policies.

Our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and content delivery services) process data on our behalf strictly to operate this website.

// 06

DATA RETENTION

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Demo submission data is kept for as long as needed to evaluate the material and maintain our A&R records.

Correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your inquiry and our legal obligations.

// 07

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@ifnmusic.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, and in any case within the limits required by applicable law.
