MAHI

MAHI is a riddim and tearout dubstep producer who started his project in 2020 after leaving behind his previous artistic era under the name “AlexiaMode”, a more melodic project that no longer represented his creative identity. In search of a darker, heavier, and more personal sound, MAHI began experimenting with ethnic atmospheres, organic percussion, and melodic elements fused with pure aggressive bass music. Inspired by artists such as Glass Beams, TRVCY, Soltan, and Bring Me The Horizon, he developed a unique sonic identity that blends tribal textures, cinematic energy, and the raw power of modern dubstep. His artistic concept, “Ethnic Trash”, represents the fusion between the organic and the destructive: emotional melodies, cultural textures, and extreme bass existing within the same sonic experience.
